Fermented in French oak barrels, 15% new which adds both texture and flavour to the wine. Notes of ripe stone fruits such as peach and nectarine with some tropical pineapple notes complemented by a creamy texture and melted butter on the finish, all balanced perfectly by a zesty acidity.
