It was designed by Giambattista Valli for Macy's Impulse and is based on one of his best known designs. The dress is strapless with a built in under garment though the bust. The silk looking chiffon is draped over the bodice and is finished with a bow at the front. It comes with its original black ribbon that you tie into place for a pretty contrast as
