Flare Skirt - Heavy weight, Navy Finki made in a striking floralFinki flare skirts are the most comfortable and flattering skirts to wear. They have a stretch band on the waist and gently taper over the tummy and hips without too much fullness. Finishing just past the knees, they look equally great in winter with boots or in Summer with sandals. The skirt is made from a medium weight Ponti, which is a cotton poly elastane blend in a navy blue. It has a lovely soft drape, but thicker feel than our Summer weight
